Senior Manager - Data Leakage Prevention - NBFC

Scaleneworks People Solutions LLP need Sr. Manager - Data Leakage Prevention for one of our Leading NBFC for Gurgaon.

Responsibilities: Lead & manage existing Data Leakage Prevention program under Insider Threat Detection Function, for SBI Card IT environment including technology operations, processes, & Incident investigations etc. Skill Required: Good hands-on skill of Symantec DLP Platform & Netskope CASB solution including Infrastructure and content management (Policy/Rule)

Experience: 8-10 Years of Information security, Data Leakage Prevention Solution experience, preferably in BFSI sector

Responsibilities:

A. Lead & manage existing Data Leakage Prevention program under Insider Threat Detection Function, for SBI Card IT environment including technology operations, processes, & Incident investigations etc.

B. Work with DLP/CASB Program/ Product vendors to implement and support the DLP tools, technology and processes. Including identification, assessment of tools, technology, partners/ vendors.

C. Oversee DLP/CASB solution and Ongoing support including troubleshooting, upgrades, etc

D. Understand and follow the incident response process through event escalations, ensure DLP alerts are investigated, responded and actioned on time.

E. Liaison with internal control and support teams such as Compliance, HR, business functions.

F. Assist with the development and testing of proposed DLP solutions. Interface with system owners to coordinate new endpoint deployments

G. Work with cross-functional teams to manage DLP compliance posture for SBIC environment

H. Assist in the development of business processes and policies related to controlling the classification, marking and access of sensitive data

Skill Required:

A. Good hands-on skill of Symantec DLP Platform & Netskope CASB solution including Infrastructure and content management (Policy/Rule)

B. Good understanding of Insider Threat Management, DLP and Data Governance program

C. Ability to independently research and solve technical issues

D. Proven effective verbal and written communication skills

E. Demonstrated integrity in a professional environment

F. Ability to work within diverse, global, virtual team

Desired Qualifications:

A. One or more active vendor certification(s) relevant to system administration or information security

B. Experience with Network SSL proxies or SSL intercept solutions classification and marking of data

C. Experience with data marking solutions like Titus or Bolden-James

D. Good communication and documentation skills

E. Experience managing and securing endpoints in a large enterprise environment
