An MNC firm into data center business is hiring a young &amp; dynamic professional for a Secretarial role Role : Sr Manager Reports to : CFO/Finance Head Job Responsibilities : - Keep abreast of regulatory developments. - Preparation / review &amp; finalisation of all documentation including notice, agenda and minutes of board, committee(s) &amp; general meetings for Group companies. - Review &amp; filing of various forms, intimations, returns, applications with authorities including MCA, RBI etc as may be required for various corporate actions. - Review / Maintenance of all statutory records. - Ensuring compliances of Joint Venture / Shareholder agreements - Coordination with JV Partners, Directors, RBI, ROC, Auditors, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent and other internal / external stakeholders. MUST HAVE : - Working knowledge of FDI / FEMA - Exposure with PE / VC Fund is a big plus - Exposure to Data Centre asset class in Real Estate business Exp/Skills/Qualifications : - B.Com, CS; LLB degree is a big plus but not necessary - 8-10 years post qualification Exp - Working knowledge of FDI / FEMA - Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping. - Superior writing and editing skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - High Ethical standards &amp; ability to work diligently. - Result oriented. - Good organizing and query handling capability. - Ability to liaise and build rapport with internal &amp; external customers. - Proficient at time management. - Ability to handle stress
