Senior Manager - Data Analytics - BFSI

- Will be able to perform complex data extraction or processing (e.g. merging, sorting, data transformations)

- Closely interacting with business partners to understand project requirement andimplement the same using sound data knowledge and experience

- Combine in-depth business knowledge, insights, and techniques such as data visualization, cross-tabs, statistical tests, and data mining techniques to identify insights on behavioral trends

- Apply Standard Statistical techniques (statistical modeling, data mining, predictive analytics and optimization) using R, SAS or related statistical tool.

- The Projects ranges from strategic analysis to Predictive modelling to Prescriptive analysis.

- Effectively communicate to multiple stakeholders in an offshore-onshore environment, within and across teams/sub-teams

- Preferably Post graduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics

- Major experience in data modeling and predictive analytics, having good knowledge for Quantitative Analysis with statistical tools.

- Good Exposure in R, SAS, SQL,Python and visualisation tool like Tableau /D3

- Good handson in Predictive analytics techniques (Survival Analysis, Logistic regression etc.)
