Their programs are offered in partnership with one of India's leading business schools.The programs are designed with inputs from both the word class faculty and highly experienced industry experts to ensure high quality and practically relevant learning outcomes to learners across India and abroad. Few of Programs offered has been ranked among the top 3 in India by leading analytics magazines, Analytics India and Analytics Vidhya.

The Founding team comprises of passionate individuals having an excellent blend of entrepreneurial and academic experience and has been part of multiple successful startups in the US and India and have built businesses from concept to exit through acquisitions, besides having been educated at top global institutions like Stanford, Berkeley, MIT, IIT Mumbai, Duke and MDI. They are currently focused on the India market but will soon expand its scope to international markets.

Our goal is to enable substantial, tangible and impactful learning outcomes to a large User base of working professionals across the globe. Having delivered 60,000+ learning hours, the marketing team focuses on expanding the reach, building the brand and engaging with students and alumni.

The responsibilities of a Senior manager CSM & BD will include the following:

- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams

- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives

- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan and document and distribute competitive information

- Work with management to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.

- Delivery of periodic (monthly/quarterly) Customer Success Reports (CSR) and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review and analyze statistics, metrics, and provide recommendations.

- In coordination with the Sales teams, forecast retention and status for great learning programs.

Desired Candidate Profile -

1. B.Tech or MBA from a premium institutes

2.Maximum 4 years of experience in business development and customer management

3. Experience of working in a start-up

4. Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills.

5. Organized and reliable self-starter who can work independently.

6. Strong written and verbal skills

7. Hands on experience of the job

8. Well networked

9. Presentable and articulate
