We are hiring for a SM - Customer Service (Retention & Relation) - with a leading telecom service provider based at Mohali.

Job Details :

Location : Mohali, Circle Profile

Grade : SM

CTC : 10 L - 14 L, Standard Hike on Existing

Function : Retention & Relations

Department : Customer Services

Reports to : CS Head

Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years experience, Experience in telecom and in retention

Education : MBA

Desired Skills : Experience in telecom/banking and in retention

Role purpose

1. Management and reduction of Churn for the circle.

2. Circle Acquisition Churn management & On boarding of Customers.

3. Budgeting & Financial Planning for the Vertical.

4. Revenue Churn Management.

5. Prepaid High ARPU base & Churn management

6. Churn analysis, forecasting and strategy -planning and execution of activities to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

- To ensure customer retention & relationship, enhance revenue & net Adds. Optimize Cost of operation & effective resource utilization.

- Predictive Retention

- Pre paid High ARPU base Management

- Churn Analysis & Strategy

- Team Development

- Training and coaching of team

Typical Outputs

Retention & relationship, enhance revenue & net Adds. Circle Acquisition Churn management & On boarding of Customers.
