My Client is one of the oldest fund houses in India with over 30 years of rich experience in fund management. They are a Joint Venture between India's one of the Largest Bank and One of the world's leading fund management companies.
The services of my client include Mutual Funds, Offshore Funds, Alternate asset investment and Portfolio Management Services.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Handle escalated complaints received from various sources such as SEBI, Legal, Government etc., providing updates on the same and resolving them within the TATs.
- Interact with other functions / departments and provide timely and qualitative response to investor and distributor queries
- Well versed with drafting investor communication
- To ensure the Quality & TAT as per desired level.
- Collaborate and work in tandem with Digital solutions and Product team
Skill Set & Competencies
- Good Communication Skills: Verbal and Written
- Conversant and updated with SEBI guidelines
- NISM certified
- Conversant with Digital Technology & Social media Analytical skills

Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate degree;
- A Master's degree/professional qualifications
- At least 8-10 years- experience
