Job Profile Responsibilities to be handled:

- Responsible for rolling out & scale-up of GTM model for OTC brands through targeted & focused approach driving Sales & Distribution

- Responsible for preparing the project charter and ensuring that network timelines are met as agreed & aligned with concerned internal & external stake holders.

- Responsible for developing the optimum S&D framework suited for OTC brands and pharma channel as per the assigned S&D targets within the assigned budget .

- Responsible for driving 3P productivity & efficiency through right sales training and selling aids.

- Drive in-market execution of brands by adopting the right POSM strategy basis the store classification

- Drive channel program execution with retailers and stockiest to build loyal base of channel partners

- Drive business for a selected retail base through retail aggregator model.

- Responsible for creating successful new product launch & execution plan.
