Key Responsibilities : - Provides thought leadership for channel/ accounts and customer investments. - Influencing A&P and trade spends, delivering NSV & operating profit for the premium brands for the north region. - Plan and execute brand building activities and create bespoke brand programs for customers. - Align the activity calendar with the customers and the Key Account Manager. - Capture the imagination of customers and consumers with stories of our brands - Implement a clear measurement and evaluation process that identifies the effectiveness of activities and areas of focus and development. - Maximize ROI and maintain compliance to agreed trading terms - Ensure the team is aligned for execution of the planned activation calendar. - Tracks the monthly performance of each account and plans course correction with the KAM's & Customers. - Holds quarterly business review of accounts
