- Deep knowledge of the business strategy/ analytical models and approaches/ value propositions adopted by leading organizations in the service line.

- Excellent understanding of the business drivers/ levers processes in the service line and how organizations can use analytics for driving business impact.

- Sound knowledge of the analytics landscape and maturity spectrum within the service line. Familiarity with the problem solving analytical techniques (math) and modelling/ visualization tools (technology) relevant to the service line.

- Conviction and ability to articulate the business impact of moving up the analytics maturity curve to internal audience as well as target clients/ stakeholders.

- 8+ years of analytics experience in the service line in a direct or consulting capacity helping organizations adopt a data/ analytics-based decision-making framework.

- Exceptional problem solving, analytical, communication and inter personal skills.

- Responsible for accelerating the sales pipeline and working with sales teams to acquire new customers

- Lead product demonstrations, customer workshops to understand requirements and articulate portfolio fitment

- Lead customer pitches, participate in pre-sales conversations, customer proposals

- Train sales & inside sales teams on product capability, competitive value proposition, and market trends

- Own go-to-market motions for Customer Analytics portfolio

- Be the product and domain Subject Matter Expert for field sales teams, develop demand generation plans and drive opportunities down the sales funnel

- Identify target markets, opportunity sizing, competitive value proposition

- Create sales assets to drive GTM - solution pitches, demo scripts, battle cards, tele-sales scripts, e-mail content

- Create marketing assets to support GTM motions - website content, product brochures, white papers, competitive value propositions, ROI calculators

- Lead functional consulting teams during product deployments

- Lead detailed requirements gathering and gap analysis

- Participate in product configuration, customization and user training

- Quantify the impact of deployments

- Be the company's spokesperson at industry conferences & events, evangelize the portfolio with industry analysts
