Senior Manager - Customer Analytics

Responsibilities :
While managing multiple teams, and reporting to the Vice President, you will have to :
- Interact with the clients to understand the business problems
- Use statistical techniques to solve the business problem
- Derive insights from large amount of data to enhance the business portfolio for the client
- Build operating models to improve customer experience and reduce unwanted costs for the client
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models to optimize the customer lifecycle
The Successful Applicant :
- Tier 1 academic background with B.E./B.Tech/MBA or a Masters Degree in Statistics from colleges like IITs/IIMs/NITs/ISB/DSE/ISI etc is a must
- A tenured Senior Manager or an experienced manager with team leading experience
- 6+ years of analytics experience with solid expertise in clustering, regression, segmentation etc.
- Analytics consulting experience in energy and/or utilities domain is a plus
- Excellent understanding of statistical concepts with knowledge of SAS and SQL etc.
- Impressive interpersonal skills and ability to engage well with internal and external stakeholders
