Senior Manager - CSR & Fundraising - NGO

Role description:

1) Complete coordination with existing philanthropy partners across events. Such coordination includes ideation, strategizing and creation of modules to enhance reach and thereby encourage fundraising at respective events; strengthening the philanthropy structures for use of individuals, companies and NGOs/CSOs, through innovations, reach and use of technology; enabling approvals of budgets and final P&L, setting targets for each event, setting event timelines and reporting systems.

2) Coordinating, managing and strengthening the various initiatives of company, social or otherwise, through its sporting events/products.

3) Work on the philanthropy pillar, special race categories, and special initiatives (eg: inclusion, awards nights, etc.). This will include strengthening the existing initiatives and opening up new avenues of engagements of strategic significance, driving exceptional value to all stakeholders, viz. participants, partnering institutions, the cause attached and of course, the community at large, thereby increasing the overall community engagement of the company group exponentially.

4) Working along with management in establishing strategic alliances with relevant State, Central and international bodies to build and cement leadership role, thereby positively impacting the community at large.

5) Facilitating event sponsors and partners undertake CSR initiatives through respective events.
