Senior Manager - CSR Fundraising - Education - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Our client is a Premier Business School in Punjab. We are looking for a Senior Manager Fundraising and will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading the Major donors Program . They must possess strong communication and strategy skills and be uncompromisingly committed to quality and ownership of outcomes and results.

Key Responsibilities for this position:

- Identifying prospects through primary and secondary research and developing compelling engagement strategies to solicit and close gifts. Identifying, developing, and cultivating a significant prospects pipeline as part of evolving fundraising strategy

- Portfolio Management: Building and managing the major donor prospect list, ensure that information is being tracked on a timely basis, and that progress toward goals is tracked and monitored

- Creation of communication strategies: Developing communication strategies for internal and external audiences including donors and potential donors. This will include aspects such as editing content for the website and social media platforms

- Event management and participation: Planning and coordinating events for the major gift programme; participating in any other institutional advancement activities and events

- Closely collaborating with other departments and stakeholders

Candidate profile: Ideal candidates will have a keen interest in fundraising and outstanding oral and written communication, strategy, and stakeholder management skills. They also must have demonstrated resilience and perseverance in their prior assignments.
