Client : One of the top Business Assurance Services Company in India in the area of Employee Background Verification and Audits.

Role :

- The Senior CRM is responsible for client engagement and ongoing client relationship management.

- Act as a bridge between the client and operations / service delivery team to ensure the SLAs are met and any deviations are managed in a prudent manner to ensure client satisfaction.

- Contribute effectively and value add to meet client expectations in collaboration with the service delivery team.

- Ideal candidate is a person with about 8 to 12 years experience in banking / financial services industry with exposure to handling external corporate / institutional clients in a back end operations processing center like loans etc.

- Team handling experience is a must.
