Senior Manager CUT (credit underwriting team) EML/ MFI

Position Purpose : Credit Underwriting Team (CUT)

Position - Credit Underwriting Team (CUT) - EML/ SME loans

Location - Corporate office, Mumbai

Specific Responsibilities :

- Underwriting of EML & SME (medical equipment/ machinery funding, School funding) cases

- Handling PAN India high value cases>1.5 cr for EML, MEF and SFP

- Make optimal use of the Loan Origination System and Loan Management system

- Maintain Credit TAT

- Manage Credit Underwriting as per policy

- Monitor Delinquency and NPA to budgeted levels for the product

- Manage Credit Cost as per approved budgets

- Give feedback to Credit Policy based on experience of underwriting

- Data Slicing/ Analysis and publishing of the reports

- PDD monitoring

- Industry Analysis

Experience : Credit Underwriting Experience of minimum 5 years

- Ability to understand asset type and its viability

- Ability to read and understand legal and technical reports and valuations related to properties financed by the company

Qualification : Chartered Accountant
