1. Conducting periodic portfolio reviews and presenting findings to respective stakeholders

2. Closely working with analytics team to develop various risk triggers.

3. Formulation and review of credit policies for SCF. Also implementing timely changes to the credit policy basis portfolio insights

4. Developing strong EWS mechanism and monitoring it closely.

5. Developing underwriting / risk scorecards.

6. Stock Audit monitoring

7. Delinquency management

8. PDD Management

9. SCF system development
