Apollo Finvest is a publicly listed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). Think of us as AWS for Lending. We enable any company to offer fully digital and compliant digital loan products to their end-customers. Built on modern RestFUL API's, we treat the financial services on our platform as building blocks, which our partners can mix and match to create loan products specifically tailored to their business model.

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate leader who has worked in Operations roles and loves to build and execute. This role entails working closely with the founders across a wide range of topics. While difficult to describe all the possible things you will be working on, a few requirements and responsibilities are listed below -

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the entire lending process at Apollo Finvest.

- On-boarding & monitoring lending partners by understanding their products and requirements in a quick and seamless manner.

- Participating in product discussion with partner Fintechs.

- Maintaining strong relationships with Apollo's existing and potential partners.

- Defining and implementing operational strategies and monitoring processes to facilitate lending with adherence to new and existing guidelines and internal company policies.

- Analyzing reports that explain the degree of risk involved in extending credit and strategizing ways to mitigate the risks.

- Ability to set an overall strategy and drive the operations team towards achieving their goals.

- Leading and managing the team to achieve the vision and mission of the organization.

Key Requirements:

- 2-4 years of minimum work experience, preferably in the Fintech/NBFC space.

- A good university/education background is preferred.

- High IQ: A clear demonstration of this in the past is a requirement.

- Entrepreneurial in nature. For example: Any idea big or small, does not matter, you need to execute from start to finish.

- Ability to lead and manage a team.

- Ability to work hard and long hours on difficult problems. A clear demonstration of doing this in the past is a requirement.

- Great communication and people skills. This role involves interacting heavily with both internal and external teams.

- Highly organized through meticulous note-taking and superhuman ability to multi-task.

- Willing to go outside your comfort zone and take on new challenges for the company.
