Job Description :
- Responsible for the creative and visual direction of the brand.
- Own and manage the creative process from concept to completion for all visual design requirements
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies by researching and formulating visual storytelling techniques for each project
- Provide engaging and compelling direction for photography and videography.
- Inspire, mentor, and direct with multi-disciplinary creative team members, including animators, graphic designers, fashion stylists, photographers etc to guide concept, brand, and copy direction
- Work in close collaboration own team and Brand, Marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Lead a unified design, tone, and voice to create effective and provocative social media communications across Facebook , Instagram , YouTube , twitter etc .
- Work with external agencies as needed to ensure consistency of voice and terminology
- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges across online and offline marketing campaigns
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for different audiences
