Senior Manager - Costing - Manufacturing Firm

- Responsible for monthly costing run (plan vs. actual conversion costs) and its distribution to SKUs to analyse & generate planned conversion rates in SAP.

- Work closely to provide support to various stakeholders for variance analysis reviews on cost centres, production orders, repair orders etc.

- Validation of BOM/ Routing during the month,

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of cost drivers and performance, and work with the Plant team to translate this into actionable insights and action plans.

- Yield analysis monthly/yearly basis.

- Inventory valuation as per AS-2.

- Controlling of MAP, review of the landed cost monthly & yearly basis.

- Stock audit reconciliation of inventory excess/ shortage of the inventory settlement in SAP.

- Reconciliation of inventory opening, closing, consumption on monthly basis.

- Responsible for preparation of cost records as per CRA-1 & cost sheet of each SKU & group of SKUs.

- Preparation of CRA-3 annexures as per cost audit requirement, & finalization of CRA-4.

- Statutory audit closure of the related area. (Cost of RM, COGM, COGS, NRV etc.).

Skill-set :

- CMA Qualified.

- Strong SAP Skills including hands on experience in COPA

- Experience of rolling industry is preferred

- Good analytical skills, Inquiring approach, constantly challenging the status quo and seeking improvements to existing methods or alternative routes to achieve business goals
