Position : Senior Manager : Corporate Sales (Gensets)
Role : In-charge for Corporate Sales of Gensets
Location : Gurgaon
Reporting to : Head - Engines Business
Key Responsibilities :
- Exploring / identifying business opportunities with corporate / bulk buyers
- Business development in new & emerging segments.
- Approvals with the Corporates, relationship building with key personnel and facilitate respective GOEAs for business achievement
- Target setting and meeting business plan in corporate sales in terms of volume growth, product mix and market share.
- Tracking the Order and execution with GOEM for corporate sales and devising strategic initiatives for achieving the given targets
- Prepare action plans to promote the business in the most cost effective manner with a ROI perspective.
- Competition monitoring & analysis Pricing, Market share, Product Information, Network Coverage, Sales Strategies.
- Analyzes, measures, and tracks market sales potential across assigned segment
- Technical Support to GOEM while approvals / conclusion with Corporates.
Competencies :
- Experience in same/similar trade in marketing or direct sales.
- Technical Knowledge of Gensets, analytical approach, presentation skills, good communication skill and willingness to travel.
- Good interpersonal skills and relationship management for collaborative working
- Ability to analyze costing, Gross Margin, NPV, discounting analysis and breakeven.
- Past experience of corporate / govt / bulk business
Preferred industries :
- Preferably from Engines / Gensets manufacturers or dealerships Alternators / Compressors / construction equipment company.
