- Our Client is Into Insurance Broking including Reinsurance, Risk Assessment and Advisory Services.
- Graduate, preferably MBA with good academic record, Experience in FMCG/FMCD institutional selling is Must.
Description :
- To acquire new institutional clients in the Eastern India
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications and to Give business presentations to senior management team.
- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
- Ensuring efficient and financially strong Companies are in place who can adhere to norms and meet all other company requirements
- Ensuring on monthly basis Channel Partners meet primary sales targets
- Making accurate forecast and raising timely indent Setting, from time to time, coverage plans for his area and for each of his team members and ensuring achievement of the same
- Optimizing number of productive Partners Full range selling
- Monitoring the key parameters on daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure achievement
- Providing on the job training and proper induction of new members
- Steering the team performance, monitoring actions, conduction of regular review meetings, motivation to achieve targets,
- Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth
- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity
- Aggressive to convert sales & achieve targets, Good in follow - ups, inculcating strong team spirit.
