Senior Manager - Corporate Sales - EB/Non EB Segment - Insurance

We are hiring for Sr Manager/ AVP Corporate sales for EB /NON EB segment

Looking for an immediate joiner or someone max can join in 30 Days.

The primary responsibility of this position is :

- Achieve yearly revenue and yield targets on all product lines

- Achieve up-sell and cross-sell targets for the period

- Seek Assistance from EH& Service colleagues in new client acquisition

- Build relationships with TPA and Insurance company representatives in the region for ensuring efficient service delivery terms

- Interact with Insurers to achieve the pricing for various policies incepted during the policy period

- Build relationships with key stakeholders/decision makers to meet requirements with regard to their EH&B business operations

- Assist the EH&B service team to retain existing client relationships when required

- Present to clients new product or services solutions as agreed with the customer for the new policy period

Preferred skills and Qualifications :

- Post Graduate /MBA/any other equivalent higher education qualification

- Having 9+ years of corporate sales experience in Fin Institutions/TPA/Brokers

- Having 5+ years of Insurance sales /servicing experience(General/Life)

- Having knowledge of local corporate market

- Sound influencing skills with corporate decision makers

- Good networking and relationship building skills

- Highly competent with MS Office and Windows presentation tools

- Preference to candidates with relevant work experience from Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits specialization
