Key Responsibilities:
- Own/ carry the revenue (fund raising) responsibility for CSR programs (in sports education)
- Access/ engage key decision makers/ CSR leaders of Corporates & Foundations for sports education programs for CSR
- Advocate organization's CSR programs at key platforms, industry forums and events
- Manage the complete sales cycle: opportunity creation, getting a buy-in from key stakeholders, creating engagement plans - with detailed budgets, negotiations, project kick-off, and enabling the delivery/ implementation team to start the new projects smoothly
- Help ideate - and create appropriate solutions, extensions for any new opportunities
- Help marketing/ product teams with key market inputs to enhance the visibility and relevance of organization CSR programs in the industry
- Help marketing/ product teams to create key tools, relevant campaigns to build mind-share with key decision makers/ CSR leaders
Key Competencies Required:
- Should have existing relationships with key CSR Leaders, and direct fundraising experience from Corporates CSR Teams/ Foundations (at least 2-3 Cr annually)
- Should have the maturity/ experience to engage with CXO/ Senior Leaders in the Corporate/ Foundations
- Should be able to create all customer-facing documents, proposals, presentations, spreadsheets - and other collaterals as required independently
- Base location: Mumbai/ Delhi/ Bangalore (work from home or from our Bangalore office)
Experience level: 5 Years
Education: MBA/ MSW/ Professional Degree (flexible for the right candidate)
