This position is responsible for leading long term/short term strategic Partner resources / organisation development agenda such as Talent Management, Leadership development, Employer branding, performance management, culture building and business partnering with corporate and support Functions.
The incumbent would act as organizational development liaison and advisor to the leadership and will facilitate the strategic PR initiatives across the organization.
This position is responsible for development and integration of partner resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
This role will also drive effective community impact agenda encompassing both in terms of strategic programs and volunteering.
