- Drive the Corporate marketing strategy & revenue events for all malls through client sponsored events, national level events and other revenue generating initiatives
- Implement advertising, branding & public relations strategy to increase consumption & footfalls; support national alliances for brand building & drive over all consumption for all malls
- Responsible for national digital & social media marketing
- Review marketing calendar of events, marketing initiatives, branding & promotional activities to create MIS, analysis;
- Review annual marketing budget including detailed revenue & expense projections
- Approve the Advertising & PR strategy, assess the credibility & commercial feasibility & finalize advertising & PR agencies
- Finalize the creative campaign for events on a regular basis and oversee the smooth execution of the events and monitor the performance of the various agencies involved
- Review the detailed plan for revenue maximization through signages for all malls for MIS
- Support nationally in media deals, alliances, events for all malls for brand building & to increase overall consumption
- Drive customer & retailers satisfaction surveys on a regular basis to ensure effective inputs to review performance of the centre
- Work closely with Retailers, Agencies [Advertising, Public Relations, Market Research, Event Management], Media - print & electronic, Alliance partners/ Sponsors/Media Houses etc
- MBA, 8-10 years' experience, 30-34 years' of age, Rs. 14-16 lakhs per annum
