Position Summary: - Will be responsible for building and managing a new marketing services team at the Hyderabad location. This new team will provide a range of marketing services to marketing teams around the world, including marketing automation, contact data management, project management and creative artwork services. - We are looking for an experienced leader to attract and hire talented marketers and designers, provide day-to-day oversight of the local team, build local marketing expertise, ensure that timelines and quality standards are met, and to help develop a highly professional and motivated marketing services team over time. Duties & Responsibilities: - Work with relevant functional marketing directors to recruit, hire and onboard the new team - Manage team tasks on a day-to-day business to ensure timely delivery of work product and that processes are being followed - Assist with project assignment and allocation of tasks based on resource availability, capabilities, and workload - Provide guidance to team on marketing best practices and methods - Conduct quality reviews with directors and other functional team members - Provide project management support for marketing programs as directed, including plan development, resourcing models, and establishment of timelines - Work with team on career and personal development Remote Work: 60% of the time
