Educational Qualification : LLB / LLM

Experience: 4-5 years; Prior experience in NCLT, Financial Services, Real Estate, Law Firm, Developer

Job Description:

- The Company, by themselves and/or on behalf of their affiliates and subsidiaries, would require legal assistance on litigation and non-litigation matters

- Follow up on meeting outcomes and agreed next steps, taking instructions, drafting, documentation etc. of all necessary definitive and ancillary documentation

REAL ESTATE related :

- Negotiations on behalf of the Company with concerned Land Owners/Investment Partners/Joint Development Partners/Legal Counsel and Taxation Advisors with a view to securitize the Company's interests from a legal aspect;

- Vetting & finalizing the terms and conditions of MoU/ Sale Deeds / Joint Venture / Share Holders Agreement / DSA / DTD / Personal Guarantees etc and all other Definitive documentation to be forwarded by the Company, therein protecting and furthering the Company's interests in the transaction/Joint Venture.

FINANCIAL SERVICES related :

- Vetting and finalizing all the Definitive Documents necessary for registration of a Fund / LLP / Trust

- Advice on the Company matters including vetting and amending the Constitutional documents.

- Such other activities or deliverables as may be required by the business from time to time

TRANSACTIONS related :

- Creating / Reviewing loan and security agreements for NCDs / CCDs documentation

- Negotiating Term-sheets, CPs, CSs

- Legal Due Diligence assistance

Essential skills :

- Drafting, Documentation for financing and real estate transactions

- Understanding of RE laws, SEBI, RBI, Companies Act and other statutes
