Corporate HR
- Recruitment; own the recruitment strategy deliver hires, setting best in class standards around talent acquisition.
- Drive HR initiatives that align with corporate goals and values to enhance experience for both internal and external customer at all levels, resulting in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
- Conduct new employee orientations, monitor career-path and succession planning programs and manages off-boarding
- Lead the creation, implementation, execution and measurement of the organization's Leadership Development and Global Employee Engagement & Going the Distance wellness programs Talent Management:
- Deliver robust talent management and development initiatives to ensure key talent development, succession planning, career management and performance management.
- Building partner capability through leadership development programs, running Development Centre, planning policy and culture sessions, analyzing training needs etc.
- Provide group and one-on-one coaching to Executives and Managers to support leadership development, business decision-making, people management, problem solving and performance management.

Performance Management process
- Goal setting process: Plan, design, communicate and implement an effective Goal setting process aligned to business goals
- Performance and Potential Program at a PAN India level, both for Stores and Corporate offices: Design, Implement and communicate an effective performance and potential management program aligned to organisation mission and values
- Partner Development Plan: Design an effective partner development plan and ensure the same is driven appropriately at all levels
- Succession Planning: Contribute in framing career paths and providing innovative pathways for opportunities for roles across Operations and Support Centre
- Maintain a Competency mapping and JE framework aligned to the organization performance management culture
Corporate Social Responsibility:
- Develop an effective CSR programme encompassing environment, workplace, community and Market place issues that will deliver agreed CSR targets
- Establish a mechanism and strategy to engage employees on CSR
- Understand industry standards for measurement and establish CSR performance indicators to bring the organisation in line.
- Develop and author an annual CSR report that provides clear direction on strategy, delivery and performance
Administration :
- Forecast and prepare yearly budgets for Facility upkeep and maintenance
- Ensuring Adherence to processes, standard operating procedures, audits and policies for the department / role.
- Planning and Maintenance of physical environment & space utilization. Manage/ supervise all construction, renovation, and interim decoration work of the corporate office.
- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
- Liaisoning with Govt. authorities like Municipal Corporations, MPCB, Electricity Board, statutory corporations etc whenever required
Qualifications :
- Progressive Experience in partner resources 8 - 10 years
- Grounding in Market Research, Business development, Projects and cross-functional collaboration
- MBA in Human Resource or Masters in Retail Administration
