Senior Manager - HR - Retail/FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive management to synchronize HR strategies with overarching business goals and contribute to organizational achievements.
- Act as a strategic intermediary between the HR department and various business divisions.
- Utilize empirical evidence and data to pinpoint crucial personnel priorities for the business and address future workforce requirements.
- Guide people-related practices such as restructuring and succession planning.
- Offer coaching and feedback to key stakeholders to enhance business efficacy.
- Revamp compensation plans with both monetary and non-monetary benefits tailored to employee needs.
- Monitor prevailing pay rates and ensure the organization offers competitive compensation schemes.
- Enhance and oversee the entire employee lifecycle management process.
- Coordinate with senior management to design future compensation and benefit policies.
- Supervise workforce planning to ensure the organization has the appropriate talent in suitable positions.
- Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives, aiding employees in adapting to new processes and technologies.
- Apply HR analytics to identify trends and deliver data-driven recommendations for refining HR strategies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards while mitigating HR-related risks.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Direct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience of 10+ years in the capacity of an HR Business Partner or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Remarkable problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- A proven track record in change management and organizational development is advantageous.
- Proficiency in common HRIS.
- Previous experience in team leadership roles.
