Currently working on a Sr.Manager HR role for an NBFC/Financial Services org to be based in Delhi/ NCR.

The role will be a Corporate HR role with Responsibilities of all HR verticals built in from C&B/ Performance Mgmt / Recruitment Strategy & Coordination/ MI / Audit/ Liasioning with Shared Services & Vendors. Collaborate and Coordinate with BHRs and Business Heads.

Core Skills :

- Data Rational / Should have managed C&B & PM Cycles/ Understands the inter linkages of the different HR verticals. Collaborative and high on interpersonal skills.

- Eye for detail & error free track record.

- Ability to Multitask and work on varied projects.

Looking for Full time MBA HR from Premier institute currently with a Financial Services organization.
