Education (min. qualification) : CA, with min 10-12 yrs Inds pref : Pref candidates' exp from IT / ITES - Reporting/FPNA background Work Location : Hyderabad, Reporting to CFO / Director Finance CTC budget : apprx : 30 lacs Responsibilities : You will be responsible for: - Responsible for FPNA, Financial Reporting (very essential )&nbsp;Financial planning, Costing and budgeting, Audit, MIS, strategy partner to top management, - Exp in IFRS, - Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results - Very good exp in Designing &amp; Developing Financial policies and process, - Allocate resources and manage cash flows/ Fund flow . - Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information - Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations - Liaising with financial institutions, should be able to build new relationships and enhance existing relationships with the lenders. Responsibilities - We are looking for : - Providing strong financial leadership to the global businesses on a broad range of reporting, financial and commercial issues and opportunities. - Working with Business Heads, CEO and senior management for decision support, sales performance analytics. - Business Performance Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis (Cost &amp; Revenue), Management information reporting and analytics. - Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives like sound planning &amp; forecasting of revenues &amp; expenses. - Experience in Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) - Cost &amp; Revenue both, Business Planning and Management Reporting in Global Banking, Financial Services environment - Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role - Hands on Advanced MS Excel / MS Office / MS PowerPoint - Leading the finance team, mentoring and coaching. - Providing strategic support to business leaders. - Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
