Senior Manager - Corporate Finance - Retail Industry We are hiring Senior Manager - Corporate Finance for our client based at Bangalore. Job Summary: Deliver Statutory, Tax, TP & Int Audit. Adhere to IFC, Compliances, Periodic book and HFM Closure, Manage Operations AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, FAl & Stat (India) and Deliver financial statements to UK (3) & ROI (2) Pension Entities. Experience: - Chartered Accountant with 12 to 17 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Tax and Treasury operations. - Prior experience of managing the team and working with BIG4 to manage the audit & compliance requirements. Job accountabilities: - Ensure effective period & HFM closure, ARCS & FCM Completion ( AP, FA,PA, Cash Management, AR & GL) for India. - Ensure all internal financial controls are operative effectively, take remedial actions as required. - Green statutory & IFC audit. Timely completion of internal, tax, transfer pricing audits for TBS India. - Support local tax team on all tax assessments and AMO Office on asset management. - Ensure maintenance of India Gratuity Trust books and audit and drive trustee meeting. - Ensure effective treasury management, including placement of FD's, Forward contracts & related accounting. - Review periodic cost plus reconciliation and manage dividend distribution. - Ensure on time payroll, reimbursement and retiral payment. - Ensure on time supplier payments through AP including compliances to FEMA, Tax, GST & MSME regulations. - Collaborate with HR, Admin & Facilities, Info Sec, CP, HR ops and other functions on various finance matters. - Ensure local compliances are adhered to specific to STPI, RBI, Direct & Indirect Tax, Corporate Law & Labour Laws. - Engage with suppliers, Customers, RBI, STPI, Bankers, Tax authorities & auditors on respective matters. - Manage UK/ROI pension accounting and reporting and deliver accurate financial statements for 5 legal entities. - Manage operations tax by managing WHT requirements, employee taxation, Tax audit and Transfer pricing audit. - Drive CI Culture and team performance. Operational Skills: - Conceptual Knowledge of IFRS / IAS - ability to gauge impacts - Ability to identify and assess business impact - Conceptual Application in business context - Stakeholder management - Operations Management, Operations Delivery - People Policies and Processes, KPIs, SLAs - Working knowledge of India tax
