As the Senior Manager - Corporate Finance, you will be a value added business partner to senior level management and collaborate with the business team in making business decisions and ownership of providing financial guidance and advice that drives the business forward with optimal financial growth.

The other responsibilities will be as follows:

- Participating as a thought leader of the finance team, influencing decision making, identifying finance priorities, managing directly and indirectly the finance staff across the locations

- Overseeing international compliance and managing 3rd party accounting service provider

- Ensuring the monthly and quarterly account reconciliations are performed in a timely and accurate manner

- Ensuring quarterly SOX compliance activities are performed timely

- Assisting with earnings release and SEC filing documents

- Acting as a validating authority for any financial payments / schemes / payouts / opex directly impacting the revenue / EBITDA of the businesses.

- Leading the financial planning/forecasting process - Leading in-depth financial, variance and trending analysis for key cost drivers and metrics

- Interpreting results and articulating actionable recommendations to maximize profitability and ensuring financial plans are achieved

- Providing financial leadership through budget/forecast management, investment analytics and strategic support.

- Review / analysis of ROIs in specific and quantifiable measures

- Identifying Risk and Opportunities and providing What If scenarios

- Providing effective Financial controlling & also implementing Control systems

- Developing and documenting global business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Monitoring and analyzing department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy

- Supporting the finance team (and other departments as appropriate) on special projects and workflow process improvements

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountants (CA's) preferred

- 4-8 years of post CA experience & 1-2 years of Big 4 experience

- Exposure to corporate finance, statutory audit is a great plus

- A strong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude who drives process improvements to increase effectiveness of the team and minimize room for errors

- Hands-on, detail-oriented and organized

- A superior problem solver, possessing the initiative to look into the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers

- Excellent multi-tasker who has strong time and project management skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
