Senior Manager - Corporate Finance - Reporting to DGM

Qualification-CA

- Preparation of Financial Model/ CMA data to assist in debt raising/ refinancing/ term loan review/ cash flow mismatch assessment etc

- Writing proposals and or preparing notes (executive summaries, justification/ rationale, deal notes etc.) to assist the team in dealing with lenders, consultants, lawyers etc

- Monitor and review the debt servicing process including calculation, payment, MIS, reporting etc;

- To coordinate, facilitate, assist, review and monitor the preparation of Techno Economic viability study/ techno economic feasibility report for capex projects/ acquisitions.

- To coordinate, facilitate, assist, review and monitor the preparation of Lenders Independent Engineer Report, ASM report (agency for specialized monitoring), Valuation reports, Title Search Reports

- To ensure compliances in accordance with loan documents (qtly, half yearly, yearly etc) and other regulatory compliances as applicable

- To assist the team in finalization of term sheet, execution of loan documents, creation/ perfection of security, compliance of disbursement conditions

- To prepare MIS for management review

- To write official letters/ correspondence with stakeholders including lenders

- To supervise processing of invoices of consultants/ other stakeholders and preparation of MIS for analysis

- To coordinate for lenders' site visits

- To prepare presentations for lenders' meetings and for bilateral meetings with lenders.
