Senior Manager - Corporate Development - Investment Bank

Currently responsible for Marketing, Strategy, Corporate Development and M&A Strategy for Cloud, Ecommerce, Analytics, Internet, Technology and Mobility Services.

Execute an integrated marketing strategy to position Client's Digital business unit and its solutions, create brand visibility, strengthen alliances, generate sales leads and build pipeline in chosen verticals.

Strategic Marketing Programs and Solution Launches

- Driving 360 marketing programs to build Company's visibility and generate business opportunities in the areas of Cloud, eCommerce, Analytics, and Big Data.

- Event Management - Organized events and manage sponsorships and participation at industry conferences to generate leads and progress business pipeline

- Create and influence Key decision makers (CXO) through events

- Analyst Relations - engage with industry advisors and analysts for superior positioning in competitive reports and for positive deal influence

- Social Media Marketing - Manage campaigns on social media - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. to evangelize the brand, and promote solutions.

- Alliance Marketing - Managed co-marketing initiatives with key alliance partners, including events, customer workshops, and joint collateral development

- With experience in Mergers & Acquisitions OR Private Equity OR an Investment Banking Preferred.
