Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Development

Our client is a well funded Fintech looking to hire candidates for their Corporate Development Team.

Responsibilities :

- Strong exposure to Fund raise & M&A

- Manage Investor Relations

- Leading and coordinating cross functional due diligence processes with end to end deal experience.

- Negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents for fund raising and acquisitions.

- Other corporate development activities

Desired Profile:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in investment banks / VC/PE firms / IR functions of companies with some startup exposure will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong project engagement skills and outcome oriented

Education - CA / MBA Finance

Location - Bangalore
