We are hiring an experienced Managerial level candidate to handle corporate compliance function either at a Sr Manager or a t an AGM level depending on candidate's experience. Job Description : - Identifying the statutes/regulations applicable for the organization, providing the requirements of statute to the business teams and functional teams. - Supporting in the development, implementation of compliance management tool (CMT) effectiveness; resolving queries of user department wrt compliance reporting & quarterly certification. - Advisory / assisting user departments in the development / implementation of compliance-related policies & procedures. - Supporting business and functional teams on day-to-day operational matters, provide assistance in terms of drafting, reviewing - letters, notices, etc. - Providing employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures (through webinar / periodic newsletters, etc.) - Periodically evaluating the process efficacy and planning for continual improvement of CMT - Participate in the internal investigations, disciplinary action review, and providing support to functional/business teams. - Periodically reviewing and revising the procedures & related documentation, as necessary. - Supporting stakeholders and recommending internal users and functions on the procedures to be adhered in complying to law. - Overseeing & reporting of filing of appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies - Providing assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews, as necessary - Preparing management reports on the compliance operations and periodic reporting of compliance effectiveness.
