Senior Manager - Corporate Communications

Responsible for leading internal communication and collaboration operational programs, a key to unlocking productivity in Organisation modern workplace.

This position drives strategy to connect employees and partners across the firm's physical and virtual footprint via communication channels, processes, and key initiatives, and champions the adoption of the firm's change management methodology.

You will lead the communication operations team in providing subject matter expertise to the firm for a broad and evolving mix of communications tools.

This is a critical role for advancing the reach and sophistication of the firm's employee communications and requires a hands-on and collaborative approach with senior leadership and other stakeholders across the firm.

You will help employees at all levels learn how to apply change management methodology and develop change management plans appropriate for the scale and scope of projects of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy in support of firm goals, providing a holistic viewpoint to individual stakeholders and drawing on data to make strategic decisions.

- Execute internal and external communication plans, including messaging, content development, and distribution.

- Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communications, and develop and execute branding initiatives that align with firm strategy

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication and change management initiatives, and adjust plans as needed.

- Create and maintain a roadmap of internal change initiatives to identify coordination opportunities and risks of change saturation.

- Serve as a firmwide change champion and advisor by inspiring leaders and stakeholders to be change enthusiasts and help in driving successful adoption of change management methodology within the firm work on large change initiatives.

- Nurture relationships with leaders of the Marketing Technology, Technology Services, Operations, Enterprise Transformation and Innovation teams, collaborating on cross-organizational projects to further shared goals and consulting with stakeholders across the firm on adoption and implementation.

- Architect holistic change programs, (e.g., stakeholder and impact assessments, Leadership alignment and sponsorship engagement strategies, change management plans, readiness and communication activities, coaching, training, resistance management, sustainability, and measurement for adoption.

- Interface with all levels of management and leadership to provide coaching and internal change consulting to project sponsors, senior leadership and others.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Marketing or Advertising with Minimum of 5 years of Corporate Communication experience or related experience in a complex organization required; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred.

2. Demonstrated ability to marry all aspects of change management principles (e.g. thoughtful engagement strategies, creative messaging and communications, strategic understanding of the depth and meaning of the impact, leveraging metrics / scorecards to guide the success of the work) with a creative capability for successful outcomes.

3. Proven track record of leading through influence, building long-term relationships, and confidence in building vision, roadmaps, budgets, priorities and objectives.

4. Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to stakeholders, leaders, and partners.

6. Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions and teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, identify creative solutions, and resolve conflicts.

8. Fluency in PowerPoint; adept at developing executive-facing presentations, Aptitude and willingness to deep dive into details as well as strategy.

9. Ability to work at both the strategic and execution levels.

10. Ability to travel as needed.
