Position Name - Sr.Manager

Reporting To AED - Corporate Affairs

Educational Qualification Required - Relevant with Bachelors Degree

Experience Required

Quantity: 10 - 18 years

Quality: Should have able to operate the Mines and other activities of the plant for delivering the output in alignment with the targets.

Purpose of the Position: Understands and applies knowledge of Mining/Cement operations to maximize production volume within defined quality and cost parameters

Key Role Responsibility:

Candidates with current or prior experience working at KADAPA LOCATION - Corporate Affairs, Legal and Liaison - Telugu Speaking

- Follow-up of legal cases, briefing Advocates, maintain track of all cases, which are pending before Jr. Division, Sr. Division.

- Improving Cordial Relation with nearby Villages, Bureaucrats, Local Leaders, and Politicians etc.

- Abilities in handling legal matters, land acquisition, event management, Liaison with Government Authorities, External Agencies.

- Proficiency in handling Legal issues, Liaison, Land Acquisition, Conversion of Agricultural Land, Documentation, Registration, Office Management and Grievance handling.

- Should have extensive knowledge in various branches of law.

- Assisting/Guiding as the case may be in framing legal polices.

- All other legal and liaison works.

- Liaison with Dist Authorities, Revenue Dept, Forest Dept, Police Dept etc.
