Sr. Manager - Control and Accounting

Position Summary : Primarily Responsible For Bookkeeping, Audit And Compliance.

Scope Of Responsibility : Pan India Responsibility

Essential Functions :

- Lead accurate and timely period-end closing and preparation of US GAAP-based and local statutory financial statements for legal entities for India

- Lead, prepare FSAR, Reconciliation review and other financial closing related analysis and review.

- Lead preparation effort of accurate and timely compliance with statutory reporting

- Support Tax manager and finance controller of the accurate and timely compliance with various local indirect tax requirements and tax incentive opportunities, as appropriate

- Lead activities and tasks of local control and compliance with and effectiveness of SOX controls, and support the development and implementation of new controls as determined by the Director of Controls and Financial Processes

- Support the preparation of external financial statements

- Identify and drive process and technology improvement opportunities, lead setup local policy and procedure under global policy guidance

Job & Requirement :

Qualifications : CA

Additional preferred qualifications : CPA and/or CS

Experience : Preferred 8 -10 years of relevant experience

- Excellent written & oral communication skills, relationship building skills & ability to operate independently.

- Good networking skills with Senior Management of existing customers.

- Result Oriented with track record of achievements
