Senior Manager - Contracts & Procurement - Real Estate - Contractual

Our client is based in Mumbai and is in the business of industrial real estate development across India. We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join the team as Sr-Manager C&P. This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 6-month contract (3rd party).

Qualification: B.E. (Civil/ Mech or Elect), PG qualification will be added advantage

Experience & other requirements: Should have good all-round experience in procurement management.

a) 8-10 years in medium to large contracting / development cell of corporate group,

b) Must have sound knowledge of construction & procurement contracting practices,

c) Thorough understanding of materials used in construction of warehousing/industries,

d) Should be strong in negotiation skills

e) Should have a good vendor connect & vendor base.

f) Hands on knowledge of latest trends and practices,

g) Should have a knowledge of ERP operations

h) Excellent written & oral communication skills,

i) Excellent in drafting of contracts, work orders and purchase orders.

j) Should be a good team player,

k) Willing to work hard and contribute in the company's growth.
