Contracts Administration for Projects executed under Public Private Partnership on DBFOT & BOT Pattern.  Claims Management including identification of potential claim events, preparing grounds, timely notices/ contemporary submissions, strategic development of case and submission of claims and follow up till realization.  Management of Disputes including Dispute Resolution Board (DRB) Proceedings, Conciliation, Arbitration etc right from inception to closure including preparation of written submissions/ pleadings (Statement of Facts/Claim, Counter Claims, Counter Statement of Facts/Reply, Rejoinders etc.), Representing company before Steering Committee, Dispute Resolution Board(DRB), Arbitral Tribunal.  Coordination with Legal Consultants / Advocates for Arbitration/ Legal proceedings and jointly formulating strategies/ arguments for optimum results.  Day to Day monitoring of correspondence between SPV- s, Client, Independent Engineer and EPC Contractor and proactive/ timely suggestions/ advice on all contractual issues to SPV's incorporated for Implementation of Projects.  Associating / Supporting the Top Management and SPV Head(s) in managing contractual issues with Authorities.  Note :- Candidates should be only from Highway / Expressway / Four lane or Six lane projects.  Salary range - 12-15 LPA
