Senior Manager - Contracts & Commercials - Infrastructure Firm

Technical Attributes and responsibilities:

- Negotiations, Commercial Closure and award of order to Developers, OEM's of different equipment, Crane Vendors for WTG Erection, WTG Tower Manufacturers and other vendors related to a wind project in order to source best commercial terms.

- Hands on Experience of contract negotiation, closure, implementation and administration for big value equipment and services.

- In-depth knowledge of commercial terms and taxation.

- Detailed knowledge of current market operated commercial terms and practices.

- In depth knowledge about wind project construction cycle, vendors, and pricing structure.

- Responsible for overall project budget, expenditure and tracking.

- Payment processing as per milestones and ensure budget control.

- Experience of closing and executing the orders with crane vendors and WTG Tower manufacturers is mandatory.

- Good legal acumen and exposure to the legal terms of the contract is mandatory.
