Senior Manager - Content Operation - Education Startup

Position Description :

1. Lead the content production team to produce content that meets the standards on time and quality in accordance with the production plan and processes that have been set.

2. Put forward suggestions on production specifications and process optimization to help drive content operations and improve the production mechanism.

3. Management of the production team personnel

4. An experienced education-product-technology professional with knowledge of strategy, and experience in running large product, content, and video production teams. Implementation of technology-enabled learning concept across all the learning centers PAN India,.

5. Collaborated with partners to successfully solve video quality in low bandwidth environment

Position Requirements :

1. Rich experience in content production and management

2. Strong preference for background in the online education space

3. College degree or above, can write and communicate in English and Hindi
