Position - Sr Manager - Content Development.

Location - Mumbai.

Job Role:

- Candidates should have experience in Life insurance.

- Conduct Content Need Analysis for allotted projects.

- Create desired content upto satisfaction of the stakeholders with required iterations and with proposed changes.

- Adhere and follow the timeline allotted for the content creation.

- Depending upon the module type, seek required content approvals from respective SME / departments / vidhishastra.

- Archive and Package the content and share the protected and vetted content with the respective stakeholders.

- Conduct TTT for rolling out the content to the respective trainers/executors.

- Maintain and provide the records of all the developed content with FUCO for audit purpose.

- Learn and upgrade to new content development tools and content related certifications.

- Achieve the self-development goals every year for personal competency enhancements.

- Follow and adhere to all the content KPIs and achieve the desired performance levels.

- From time to time engage in training sessions of the developed content for seeking content relevance.

- Create/Administer and manage the allotted Learning Management System (LMS) platform related content management.
