Looking for Consumer Insights candidate for a well known Conglomerate.
Location : Mumbai
Experience : Around 10 to 12 Years
Education : Full time MBA is a must.
- Lead Projects in selected businesses to execute and embed Customer Insight initiatives so as to improve share, realization, brand equity, & customer recommendation.
- Support in providing strategic leadership to business through specialist knowledge and research /project management for B2B as well as B2C.
- Develop processes of routinely gathering and analysing customer data from different sources to be able to gain insights on a continuous basis.
- Scope, lead and manage Insights Project as per plan, co-ordinate with the Business teams at all levels as well as with external partners in order to develop actionable conclusions from studies and share them with business team in order to enable business to build better proposition and services leading to sustainable & profitable growth.
- Eventually develop business capability to own and execute the same in the immediate future.
- Evaluate new research methods and recommend any interesting Insights approaches.
