Company: Pharma MNC - one of OTC business vertical Job Title: Senior Manager Consumer Engagement MT, Retail and E Commerce Location/Site: Mumbai Reports To: Director -Business Team: Direct Reports: 2 (Manager Retails Sales &amp; Manager Online Sales) Job Responsibility: - Responsible for entire retail, customer engagement and digital channel of BU brands - Create and deliver a detailed sales and marketing engagement plan to deliver additional business - Engage with leading pharmacy chains, FMCG majors and ecommerce companies to drive sales uptake and Marketing initiatives with these partners - Daily Monitoring of Pan India Sales and corrective measures to achieve the monthly/annual target in above Channels. - Responsible for e-commerce follow-ups &amp; billing - Develop ATL and BTL activities to engage consumers directly, including offline, digital and social media Channels - Ensure smooth distribution network for Inventory Management - Responsible for correct visual display of the products &amp; its proper positioning on the digital platforms - Formulating and implementing business plans for achievement of organizational goal in terms of revenue and profitability targets - Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales &amp; marketing strategies Skill, Education, Experience - Graduate/Post Graduate. MBA in Marketing &amp; Sales will be an added advantage; - Experience in Sales &amp; Marketing field; - FMCG trade channel experience required
