Senior Manager - Consulting & Valuation - Real Estate Vertical

JD for Sr Manager-Consulting & Valuation - Bangalore

- Candidate should have previous exposure to RE Valuations preferably employed with an IPC or Real estate arm of Big 4. Exposure to consulting would be an added advantage.

- Basic Graduation in Architecture/Engineering with Post Graduation preferably in MBA Finance/RICS/NICMAR or CA with Strong financial skills

- Worked on assignments across geographies in South India,

- Thorough knowledge of relevant rules and regulations relevant to real estate sector especially Bangalore

- Hands on approach with willingness to travel across markets

- Excellent writing and analytical skills

- Team leader

- Strong Business Development and planning skills

- Willing to work long hours
