Senior Manager - Compliance - NBFC

- Maintenance of compliance framework in line with the Regulatory Requirements

- Ensuring compliance on an ongoing basis with the various Regulatory Guidelines, Acts, etc

- To introduce and sustain good practices relating to the Compliance framework

- Ensuring that the regulatory requirements are complied with while reviewing various policies, programs, and various products and business processes

- Managing and Undertaking Compliance Function of the Company- An NBFC-SI regulated by various regulators specifically RBI, IRDAI, MCA etc

- Monitoring and Screening of compliance activities

- Compliance assessment and review

- To ensure compliance with supervisory observations made by the Regulators viz. RBI , IRDAI and/or any other directions in both letter and spirit in a time-bound and sustainable manner

- To monitor, periodically test compliance, and prepare for various audits and inspections as per regulatory requirements

- To examine the sustenance of compliance as an integral part of compliance testing and compliance assessment exercise
