Sr.Manager Compliance - Finance & Legal

- You will be responsible for overseeing financial compliance, risk management, and internal controls within the organization.

- You will collaborate with various teams to establish and monitor compliance frameworks, assess risks, and implement effective control measures and maintains a strong compliance posture and operates within legal and regulatory boundaries.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Monitor changes in financial regulations and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.

- Assess potential compliance risks and implement appropriate controls to mitigate risks effectively.

- Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on compliance matters and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance compliance awareness and understanding among employees.

- Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices to proactively address potential compliance issues.

- Maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and external auditors.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and internal control principles
