Senior Manager - Compliance &amp; Ethics - Strong work experience in building positive culture in the organisation - Leveraging technology in running compliance programs - Knowledge of various laws - Anti bribary, POSH - Ability to build preventive controls to minimise the impact of risk. - Develop compliance programs to increase the reach of employees a. Propose new automation solutions/tools which will improve the current solution/architecture and fasten/simplify the process. b. Work closely with the automation teams for new solution implementation c. Maintenance &amp; improvement of established process d.
